FAQ

Photos and floorplans are typically delivered the next business day (Mon-Fri). Videos will take an additional day.
Advanced editing for object removal is available. Total room clean outs are also offered as a virtual reconstruction service.
Payments are made through our delivery platform via credit card.
Due to the nature of digital media, there is a strict no refunds policy.

There is no cancellation fee if appointment is rescheduled minimum of 24hrs before start time. Less than 24hrs will incure a cancellation fee , or on-site cancellations at 50% of service fee as we are not able to replace it with another shoot.
Service Areas: Primarily the Boston area, with extended areas with travel fees. If booking form does not allow confirmation, it is beyond the service areas and must contact photographer to for custom travel fee and availability.
All media are copyrighted to the photographer and cannot be distributed to third parties in any way. To avoid copyright infringement, third parties must contact and purchase a separate license from the photographer.
Our floorplans are intended for representations of layouts for marketing purposes with general dimensions. Although scans are approximately 95% accurate, numbers may not match public records measured by licensed architects.
